It is kinda difficult to talk about my self but I wanted to share this sketch that I did the previous week during an art therapy session. It is about how I see my previous life in Greece and how I feel right now, being in Rotterdam, in XPUB, speaking english to introduce myself and communicate.
I really feel that I am in a re-constructing period. Meeting all of you, from different backgrounds, that carry different stories than mine make me look at forgotten aspects of myself and adress things that I wanted to do for years. I feel that I transform and heal.
I get motivated when I am inside a safe space.
I fear of being critisized and this is something that can make me withdraw from things that I care.
When in a group I value that is each other different pace in respected and that there is an equality in the different voices that are being heard
To ensure my meets are met, I will try to be honest and speak my truth. Also, to listen actively to others and ask for clarifications when I am not sure what they are meaning
I would find helpful if others in the group would be willing to check in for me when I am quiet and ask for my opinion.
