What is Bibliotecha?
Bibliotecha - An offline digital community library
Bibliotecha is a software stack that allows a small community to maintain and distribute a collection of texts. It is based on the idea that a community might have a 'canonical' collection of texts that need to be easily accessed by the members. It uses a Raspberry Pi to serve books over a local wifi hotspot. Once connected to the hotspot any webbrowser can be used to search the collection and retrieve books from it. Members of the community can also add books to the collection using their webbrowser. The collection is maintained by one or more librarians to ensure the right order of the collection.
