SYNOPSIS
Log line: A visual essay on property speculation, through the idiom of virtual tours.

- map housing market fluctuations onto spiky bubble. Timeframe could be post-Internet to present-day Use this as a visual score to orchestrate the amplitude and tempo of the drama. This would naturally create more contrast in the animation of the bubble.

- write formal script to make clear directing choice.
- Executions: can be HDRs, live action + HDRs in bubble, 4K 360 camera, or a live theatre performance. You can also use video as the image reflected in bubble, so it could change depending on the space you're in.
- bidding could a key distraction for the seller.
- Dialogue: can film dialogue simultaneously in green screen studio, so it's a genuine dialogue, or on location with two opposing desks + autocue.
