Something I'm scared of is... not to be good enough, not to be doing enough, not to be living enough

When in a group, I need/value... 1) to think out loud ( that means that I tend to talk too much, especially when I am excited about an idea), to brainstorm together starting from scratch/not-defined-yet-ideas

2) Going practical -- talking too much without giving a clear path to the work makes me feel lost and anxious

To ensure my needs are met, I will... 1) try to take some time to think about my ideas, re-organise them more clearly, write them down before I start talking OR say to the group that we are going to have a specific time slot just to brainstorm together so that I don't talk for too long taking the space to other people and work 2) taking notes, having an organised scheme of the next moves so that I know where we're heading to

I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to. . . 1) Understand that I am just thinking out loud, without taking everything I say as a milestone but just as part of the process, brainstorming with me, and shut me up if I am talking too much 2) Organising meetings, deadlines, arriving points, create a method to be as much organised as possible
