I also need cohesion in group decision-making (no isolated frustration, misbalanced involvement, likes towards the end of a meeting). | |||

- I'm excited by... restrictions, templates, books/book-markets/bookshops, small objects/dismissed-objects, food(almost any food), making things with my hand, working with others & very slow cycling!

- When in a group, I need/value an overview of what is being said, needed by other. It is quite grounding/necessary for me to know who stands where in a project. I also need cohesion in group decision-making (no isolated frustration, misbalanced involvement, likes towards the end of a meeting).
- To ensure my needs are met, I will always pay close attention to everyone's wants, opinions and needs, even the ones people might not value. Which sometimes makes me inquisitive.
