Writing + making: parallel practices!
Project proposal:
- text describing proposed work (indication)

- what do you want to make? (specifics: media, topic, audience)
- How do you plan to make it? (descibe approaches: reading, writing, making, thinking: discuss possible outcomes. are these realistic?)
