Explanation
Listener, write below a summary of this selfportrait which explains to the group what excitement & fears this person brings to the group:
Moving to the Netherlands, trying to find a place to stay, starting with the Master and meeting new people is a lot at the same time and therefor causing (internal) chaos. The looks a sounds of water is making Luca calm in a way.
Luca finds Dutch people very extravert and open, it fits him well. In Germany people, often in public, aren't that open and are mostly annoyed if you try to make a conversation or ask anything in public.
my name is
- My name is...Luca
- I'm excited by/driven by... (creative) chaos, philosophy and psychology, and the act of creating something in itself
- Something I'm scared of is... losing myself in a project/ getting hung up on it and therefore not being able to meet my own expectations.
- When in a group, I need/value... clear and open conversations about problems getting brought to attention.
- To ensure my needs are met, I will... try to speak up and actually tackle conversations about disliked topics or problems.
- I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to... to do the same and just be open about what problems there might be in their opinion
- When in a group, I need/value... Working together collaboratively on creative projects and getting as much creative input from co-collaborators as possible
- To ensure my needs are met, I will... Myself try to give as much feedback and input as possible, when working with others/ or not, and try to put out as much of my knowledge and experience as I can.
- I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to... work together collaboratively on projects and them to be open about ideas or for help
