While documenting I found a freesite who hosted templates for freesites, and a website with a program (jSite) you can upload your HTML freesite with. It is so easy, that it is stange, in my eyes, that most of the Freesites I visited have no template at all and only use the standard <h1> and <p> tags.

Update 2: Making my own Freesite
