For the Sound and Narrative workshop we had to choose one still image out of two images. On this image we had to create a soundclip that would last for at least a minute, and had certain elements to it. There were parts where we weren't allowed to work with natural sounds, there was a part where we had to create a sound for the environment only etc. It proved to be very interesting afterwards when we we're listening to eachothers pieces. Everybody had very different ideas of the stories that w'ere going on in the pictures. It was very surprising and definately something to remember, how sound can say something. The pieces were made in groups, I was with Joanna and Yuzhen. | |||
