A platform for rail passengers

I want to develop a platform that offers the possibility to "connect" two passengers that have the same or complementary interests.

Example A

A mathematics student travels by train from Berlin to Frankfurt and could meet a maths teacher who -by pure chance- is taking the same train to exchange ideas

Example B

A 8 year old child travels without parents from Hamburg to Munich as well as an older couple who are willing to watch over the child for that time.

Why trains?

  • time that can be use more effectively (time can't not be used differently; you have to be in the train)
  • it requires a little effort (you don't have to go somewhere to get coaching)
  • different generations take the train regularly => different levels of knowledge

System of identification

  • what is your profession
  • how long do you stay in the train
  • where are you

How to make your pitch perfect

1 Passion

2 describe your product in 10 words or fewer

3 Investors, partners, and potential customers want to have information presented visually and have a hard copy they can take with them

4 look a little better than anyone else in the room
