⭑What do you want to make?

I want to create a series of objects related to cyborgs and build a new world that integrates the concepts of cyberfeminism, queer theory, body politics, body extension, and explores my relationship with these theories.

In this world, there are no clear boundaries between humans and nature, machines, materials, and animals. The inspiration comes from "Cyborg Manifesto" by Donna Haraway. This series may include an interactive fashion dress, an art installation, a live performance, a book, or a website, among others. The materials used for creation will be based on environmental sustainability. Ultimately, these various objects will be pieced together into one cohesive whole, inviting the audience to interact with and explore these topics together.

⭑How do you plan to make it?

On one hand, I will continue reading and researching more books and articles related to cyberfeminism, queer theory, body politics, and feminism to explore these topics in greater depth. I also plan to participate in exhibitions and gatherings on these topics to meet more like-minded peers and seek collaboration opportunities. I hope to have more opportunities for exchange and mutual learning. On the other hand, I need to experiment with connecting Arduino to Touch Designer to create different visual outputs, such as images, text, sound, video, etc. This part will eventually be integrated with the dress. Additionally, I need to create a dress, primarily through modifying and transforming second-hand clothes, to develop a hybrid aesthetic.
