from [illustrator] & [graphic designer] ▶ to [mixed-media] [artist, designer & facilitator]

_started using my illustration & graphic design skills for taking notes [now also on paper!], drafting ideas and concepts, observing, documenting, and keeping my references in handy
_started processing my visuals - playing with distorting, animating, and editing
_embraced my sound practice - went after my urgent need of working with sound and making that medium major in my practice + applied it in my individual and group work at XPUB2

... and started drafting a note with all the "great new practice things" i learned at XPUB and i want to keep in my practice in the future! <3

# reading, annotating & keeping references in handy

_created a new annotation visual system for myself
_all the references were new to me - catching up with them + finding connections
_created my own system to keep the references in handy [was trying many things, still wip]

# writing

_writing in English was a big challenge for me - thus, I made a big effort + used the help of the school resources
[classes, tutors, station skills] _first time going through the process of writing a thesis in English <3

# documenting

_never documented my work before xpub
_established documentation system for my research and art practice
_set my own mediawiki on my server at the beginning of xpub2 and already use it for documenting & publishing
