Task list (end of November 22)
- Receive Barend's email for contact person in the Eye
- Contact the Eye for archive material
- Check online material for the Eye
- Send email to hospital (contact with Leslie first on Monday?)
Deadlines
- December 5 - Request of digital and analogue films from Eye and other distributors:
- December 12 - Communication text and title of the program (max 250 words in English) and 3 photos for the Eye website
- January 9 - Program, production, technique info (technical rider)
- January 9 - January 9AV content delivery (video files, slides, prints)
- February 2 - List of participants (to arrange free tickets for February 12 ????? (waiting for Barend's confirmation)
