GUIDELINES
- When an artist talk is agreed, we should ask about documenting the talk. - Only cc Leslie when the artist agrees on giving talks and start arranging a date. - Please add a marker to add name and email in the bottom of your email, which will make it sound more professional.

Approaching the guest tutor
If the student panel select a guest tutor - the student who nominated the tutor should then be responsible for approaching them. The department will supply a basic letter template with conditions etc you can use as a guide. It will include basic financial terms and travel stipend details.
