I'm excited by... actually, more relieved that we’ve passed through a difficult period. I hope positive things will happen on the other side. I guess this questioner is one of those positive things.

Something I'm scared of is... I feel, as I get older my cultural references are increasingly out of synch or irrelevant. So, I fear being misinterpreted or misunderstood.

When in a group, I need/value... I value a group working toward an agreed outcome. I value respecting each other’s time.

To ensure my needs are met, I will... try to talk less. I suppose this means allowing situations where everyone feels free to talk and where anyone feels free to direct the conversation.

I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to... look for points of connection and agreement / and at the same time/ to be open to questioning our own position as rigorously as they question the position of others.
