*When I'm in a group I need to feel tuned with the group and the work, and I value a lot respecting each other's different pace and timing in understanding and processing thoughts.
*To help ensure my needs are met, I'll try to have a personal (or collective if the others feel like it) check-in moment before the meeting and make sure there is space for quick collective check-in moments during the meeting itself.
*And I would appreciate if others in the group would be mindful about each other's pace and contribute to this "role" of facilitator in order to allow everybody to be on the same page, because I feel like most of the time I'm too shy or I don't want to be the strongest voice.

I'm curious about digital interfaces and technologies in general, and I get really excited when mixing different media and formats into very clumsy and absurd solutions becomes the basis for more serious projects. I'm afraid of making irreversible decisions alone, it freaks the shit out of me, which sometimes bring me to procrastinate but trying to get better.
