HOW TO LOAN MATERIAL
To loan equipment we will keep it simple and analog:
Where/What
- In the PZI Office there is a folder with label: LOANS
- In the LOANS folder there are 4 sections:
- LB
- XPUB
- EMPTY FORMS
- RETURNED ITEMS
How
- When a student or staff borrows equipment, they have to fill one of the EMPTY FORMS:
- Ensure the planned date for returning the item is specified
- File the form in the relevant folder: LB or XPUB
- When an item is returned:
- Specify the return date
- Place the form in the RETURNED ITEMS section
To Do
- write a number of each RPi on the board
