Our first event was a lecture, followed by an open discussion with actors involved in selected cultural projects, processes and methods for establishing self-organised cultural projects in the city of Rotterdam. We discussed several topics, including the efforts taken to create an alternative space without government support, building a grassroots movement within our communities and where such projects could go in the future. | |||

This trimester I was also involved in the Temporary Autonomous Bureau project in Tent Gallery, part of the Rotterdam Cultural Histories project. It is still ongoing.
Our first event was a lecture, followed by an open discussion with actors involved in selected cultural projects, processes and methods for establishing self-organised cultural projects in the city of Rotterdam. We discussed several topics, including the efforts taken to create an alternative space without government support, building a grassroots movement within our communities and where such projects could go in the future.
