In this research I looked into how the appearance of camera would influence people who are being photographed.

As I have always felt interesting yet difficult to work with people as subject in photography (and not turning them into merely object of gaze), I am interested to know how to work with different cameras on people. Therefore I have made a series of images on people I know in their 'safe space', with various camera in different sizes, colours and mechanism (i.e. digital vs analog). Only after the session I revealed to them the aim for the research and we talked about the experience - how they felt when being photographed with different cameras.
