Hei Karina. Just noticed you are writing your wiki pages in the form Karina/draft_project_proposal
That makes sense - sub pages o your user page. However your user page and namespace (a kind of wiki container/organizer), but is not Karina but User:Karina.
Therefore your sub-pages should be User:Karina/draft_project_proposal and not
Karina/draft_project_proposal :)
I think you can change this by "Move"(ing) the page: top menu under More.
