Plan:
- make a plugin
- it tells u who made the CSS for a page your on
- it does this by looking up the spec
Plan MK2
- Make an API so anyone can look up when CSS properties were first mentioned in a spec.
- Also an API that lets you navigate Specs easily
Issues to solve:
- how to find who did what in multiple docs that are linked together [x]
Tasks:
- Imre to find route to specs from property
- Fred create a reliable implementation of Puppeteer
