HOW TO LOAN MATERIAL FROM XPUB

To loan equipment and library books we will keep it simple and analog:

Where/What

1. In the PZI Office there is a folder with label: LOANS
2. In the LOANS folder there are 4 sections:
   1. LB
   2. XPUB
   3. EMPTY FORMS
   4. RETURNED ITEMS
   5. LIBRARY BOOKS

How to loan equipment

1. When a student or staff borrows equipment, they have to fill one of the EMPTY FORMS:
   1. Ensure the planned date for returning the item is specified
   2. File the form in the relevant folder: LB or XPUB
2. When an item is returned:
   1. A staff member needs to sign it in
   2. Specify the return date
   3. The staff member will place the form in the RETURNED ITEMS section

How to loan library books

1. When a student or staff borrows a library book, they need first to check if there is already a copy of the cover in the book. If not, they need to make a copy of the front cover with author and title included.
   1. On the back side of the page list:

• your name, your 06 number and the current date

1. Upon return:
   1. A staff member needs to sign it in
   2. Specify the return date
   3. The staff member will place the 'form' in the RETURNED ITEMS, LIBRARY section
