Below are the key dates for the thesis deadlines.

Please note that the next key date is the 20-3-17

At that point the thesis must be at an advanced stage and it should be ready for a second tutor to give feedback and comment (see second reader's guidelines below).

At this stage you will be given due warning by your writing tutor and second reader if your text does not meet the standards of a masters thesis (in their opinion).

If that is the case you will also be given guidance about how to improve your text in order to meet those standards.

In March, before you submit your second draft on the 20-03-17, Steve and Marloes will give annotated feedback on your thesis so far.

At the beginning of March you will mail a Word version of your text to them and they will give detailed feedback (annotated feedback) on the text.

They will indicate what needs to happen to make it ready for the second reader, and also indicate if, at that stage, it meets the standards of a masters thesis.

Advice will be given about what needs to be done by you to meet those standards.
