To ensure my needs are met, I will... Make an effort to speak my truth, even when I think others might not like it.
I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to... Be mindful that I have experienced sexism, and so I switch off in meetings where some voices become dominant. Specifically, I would like to request that people help me out by asking me what I'm thinking if I haven't spoken for a while.
