First, the presentation. You can check the course handbook for details (ignore the options system that was for last year), but the most important thing you need to understand is that we will be evaluating your 2 years at XPUB, so your presentation needs to reflect that. I strongly suggest that you use this tried structure for your presentation: 1. your individual contribution to the special issues, 2. the development of your reading/writing practice across the 2 years, 3. the development of your prototyping practice across the 2 years, 4. your thesis (for the thesis we only expect a brief overview for context, as this is assessed separately in more depth), 5. your final work and research in the second year, and 6. plans for final publication and grad show (granted we all know that you will be mostly busy with that after the assessment, so don't worry if this is still at a sketchy stage!) You have 20 minutes for the presentation and I am also suggesting that you try balancing time so that both 1st and second years material are given equal visibility. Please rehearse your presentation, do that together so you can comment on each other, and strictly stick to 20 minutes, this is very important. I also suggest you ask your tutors to have a look at your pres outline if possible in case you need some help/editorial feedback. Second, the XPUB project site Your entries need to all be accessible by Friday 18 June (and the index updated, with appropriate new glorious XPUB2 logo) on https://project.xpub.nl Not only it's important to have this in place for the course archives but it's what we will send to the external examiner, so that they can get a good preview of your work and thesis and some time to go through it before the assessment days. There is a very thorough HOWTO in the README file of the repos https://git.xpub.nl/XPUB/project.xpub.nl so I won't waste time paraphrasing it here, the only 2 things worth mentioning is that if you are limited in time you can use the HTML template for either no or minimal customisations of your page, and that you can always add more and better doc after the grad show if you feel like it.
