ASSESSMENT CRITERIA FROM THE HANDBOOK 2017-2018 PAGES 31 -32 5.6 Integrated Formative Assessment: Interim Assessment (Trimester 5)

The third integrated assessment is held in trimester 5 and evolves around the graduation project in progress.

5.7 Criteria for Integrated Formative Assessment (Trimester 5)

It is a follow-up to the proposal seminar, and allows all second year students to present their graduation project in progress to each other and their tutors. You will receive personal feedback during the assessment, a written report of the discussion as well as an individual assessment report, in which the tutors present their conclusions and recommendations regarding your progress. The interim assessment is held halfway through the graduation project, normally during the end of your fifth trimester or during the beginning your sixth trimester, leaving you sufficient time to redirect your project or undertake substantial additional work before the graduation assessment, if needed. If there are doubts about the feasibility or quality of your project at a Master level, you will be given clear indicators during this assessment. (see section on resubmission)

Prior to the assessment process you must deposit archival versions of the material you wish to submit for examination on the ARCHIVE TOWER in the study prior to the presentation. (any questions about this please address to Andre.) We will not pass people who have not delivered appropriate documentation of their work on time.
