We don't have to be silent nor compliant just because we work or study or live somewhere. Whataboutism is a way to shut people up. There is no opt-out, nobody can speak from a position that is not already part of a larger system, as someone quoting Le Guin pointed out. I added a small snippet of Mark Fisher's Capitalist Realism to the toilet quote on the Grapevine. It ends with one of the ways forward, next to the things we discussed yesterday (situated work, collectivising struggles, defamiliarizing normalised techno-social and techno-legal systems), in response to hopelessness: "Such fatalism can only be challenged if a new (collective) political subject emerges." Thank you all for this amazing, difficult, confusing but also really thoughtful, complex and very important discussion ♡ and thank you for a lovely trimester!!!!'' 			I was gonna update my log because we had a fruitful conversation yesterday which opened up a lot of questions regarding art education system we are part of, digital commons, and EU's tech sovereignty plans.

			Insted of writing my own words I will just copy-paste Marloes' text which I think formulates these questions better than I will ever do:

	Today we had a session with bootleg library Simon. He came to introduce the brief history of the boootleg library which started as a self-induced project when he studied at XPUB. Bootleging as method of re-owning materials such as printing pirated books and giving a physical shelf to them is somewhat close to me as well.
