Each of these categories relates to a positioning, positing or pose; queasily thinking through the body determining and being determined by labour and language. But they are also critical endeavours, the texts produced for the thesis should also analyze the methodologies used to collect data, and add to a non-textual understanding of how sociological research can inform or even build performances.
