We will learn basic vocalizing techniques, and make space to process sonic energy through the body.
Thinking through a vocabulary of call and repsonse, we will work with our direct  surroundings, as well as the present-absence of memories and dreams as spaces of embodiment and the real.
We will experiment with the narrative and non-narrative activations of listening and making sounds, listening while sounding and sounding while listening. We will practice listening and attuning to each other.
Exercises informed by Pauline Oliveros' Sonic Meditations, Anne Bogarts Viewpoints Method, and improvisational theater.
